Note that there is room for one coil to ride on the winder while the second is being wound. Thanks to Eddie of http://www.imecofarm.com/ for that idea. Coils are wound with 37 turns of 2-in-hand wire at 1.6 mm diameter. This is for a 24 volt stator with 12 coils connected series/star.

hello team,
thanks for the work you’re doing, it’s entirely my dream. you’re doing an amazing project. i am a basic IT Officer in a certain company but am only there because i have to earn a living but my heart is in what you guys are doing.
i had an idea and wondered the results i had done it, perhaps you guys have already done it;
1. if made a 3.5Kw permanent magnetic generator then i mount it to a .5Kw DC electric motor at a ratio of 15:1 (or 7:1 or 10:1 whatever), meaning every 1rpm of a DC electric motor leads to 1500rpm on the generator. every thing is still in head.
2. then i wire the out put on an Electrifier and others, so connect a DC-DC converter/Charger or AC-DC converter/Charger that will charge the Battery which starts the DC Electric motor.
3. so i will expect DC Electric Motor will re-use approximately 0.5Kw, and the balance of 3.0Kw proceeds through a regulator/stabilizer (if recommended) for home use.
so though i expect some power losses, i don’t see any reason as to why it can’t work. i am certain you have ever done it or tried it, whether yes or not yet i would like here your views please.
I am sorry kizito but I really am absolutely sure this will not work because you can’t get energy from nowhere. There is plenty of free energy around in this world but you won’t create energy out of nowhere by converting it around in circles like this.
